It’s not easy working in the travel industry right now, it’s mentally & physically pretty tiring working countless hours from home everyday dealing with changes & cancellations. What helps is staying positive & remembering how many people I’m helping & the reason why they booked with me in the first place! I Love my customers & my job even though it’s challenging at times.
